The Management Assistant position at Rijk Zwaan Promex
Within this role, you are responsible for the agenda and incoming information for the managing directors and you take action where necessary. You will organize meetings, make appointments and you will arrange the business trips and accommodation for the colleagues. Furthermore you will screen incoming phone calls, enquiries and requests and will deal with all the correspondence. Both internal & external events will be organized by you.
Supporting communication tasks will also be part of your responsibility.
Staying in contact with other subsidiaries of Rijk Zwaan and with the head office in The Netherlands is also part of your job.
We are looking for a Management Assistant with:
- Completion of secondary education is required with professional/university level courses in administration, related studies.
- Three or more years of experience in related positions
- Experience in MS Office, CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Valid driver licence
In addition, you have a high degree of motivation, flexibility and you are willing to learn. You are a good planner, well organized and accurate.

You enjoy to organise things and to promote improvements and new ideas for the area.
