What does your job as a Client Manager at Rijk Zwaan Egypt look like?As a Client Manager in the Rijk Zwaan Egypt team you fulfill an essential role in servicing our Key Accounts in Egypt. Together with our local distributors and sales office in Egypt you will also be responsible for drafting a clients’ strategy for the Key Accounts and setting future goals. You will represent Rijk Zwaan in Egypt in the area of sales, also on the local and international fairs and exhibitions and you build relationships with all Key Accounts in Egypt.
Additionally, you are responsible for:
- Managing the sales planning and forecasting for the Key Accounts in Egypt;
- Performing sales & marketing activities on the Key Accounts in Egypt;
- Negotiating sales prices, discounts and the payment terms for the Key Accounts;
- Carrying out promotional and marketing activities;
- Presenting current market data of the Key Accounts on the CRM system;
- Being the first contact person for the Managing Director for general/sales related matters of the Key Accounts.
Your contribution:You are reliable, pro-active, tenacious and have a clear focus on the customer. You have an open personality and you are able to work on your own but like to work in team. You are a dedicated to follow up the sales activities in the area. You are able to create networks, maintain and build long term relationships, with clients and in your team and on all levels. You enjoy drafting clients plans, setting future goals and achieving them. You have good commercial skills, strong communicative and negotiating skills. Possession of entrepreneurial drive is essential for this job. You are willing to travel extensively, both in the country and internationally. In addition, we can find the following on your resume:
- A Bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience within an agricultural business (preferable);
- 5 years of relevant sales management experience;
- Strong analytical /strategical thinking;
- Fluency in English language;
- Multicultural communication skills.
