How does your job as Sales Representative at Rijk Zwaan look like?

As Sales Representative of Kazakhstan you work on the support and development of existing customers and dealers. Moreover, you are tracking market trends and are looking for new customers. You work with a professional CRM system and accurately forecast our sales results. In total, you are responsible for:

  • Identify potential and prospective buyers such as large farms
  • Process customer requests and wishes
  • identify problems and complaints and solve them professionally
  • Understand the needs of customers and develop long-term and trusting relationships
  • Create Promotion Programs (seminars, advertising, field days, etc.)
  • Analyze and forecast sales volumes and prepare reports of the results for management presentations
  • Work closely with the distributor
  • Conduct trials and product development

Your contribution:

You take initiative and have the ability to plan well. As you  manage clients in a particular region you are customer focused and work with a high level of professionalism. You entail strong communication skills and work well in teams. Moreover, you are a confident PC user who knows how to work well with programs like Microsoft Office. Because of the international job environment you have an intermediate level of English proficiency. In addition we can find the following on your resume:

  • At least a completed Bachelor degree, preferably in the field of agriculture
  • At least 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • You have a good command of written and spoken Russian, English and preferably Kazakhs
