How does your job as Management Assistant at Rijk Zwaan look like?

Rijk Zwaan Turkey head office is located in Yukarıkocayatak / Serik Region of Antalya. Currently our team is composed of 130 people.

As a Management Assistant, you are responsible from providing strong administrative support to the Board of Directors. We have two Directors with different attention fields. Within this position, you will be involved in managing their agendas, tracking actions, planning their trips, planning and organising meetings, and company events, making preparations for the meetings, conducting some regular reports and assisting internal communication.

You will be in close contact with all the team members in Turkey and other secretaries in our central office in The Netherlands as well as other international subsidiaries.

We are looking for a Management Assistant with:

You are planned and well-organised with good follow-up skills. You know how to set priorities and work accurately. You enjoy arranging, organizing and helping others. You have the experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics to get things done in a timely way. You build good relationships and have high level of professionalism with all contacts. You are committed to provide a high service level with proactive thinking in regards to the needs of the situation. You have strong organisational skills with proven success from past job experiences. You contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team with being a team player and providing practical solutions even when faced with challenges. You have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work comfortably with all departments as well as external contacts in representing the company. 

In addition, what we are looking for:

  • More than 3 years of executive or administrative assistance
  • An academic degree, preferably at bachelors level
  • Good command of English and Turkish
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
