Your job at Rijk Zwaan

You will be part of our Sales Support Department acting in the position of “Specialist Sales Support”. In this position you will be responsible for the Customer Service attention, and the management of orders to send vegetable seeds according to client instructions. In doing so, you take care of the administrative processing of orders and related documents. You will also be responsible for the management of the commercial warehouse. You will provide updated stock, shipments and price information internally and to customers. Within the team you will identify opportunities and possibilities for improvements, and you will be open to further optimizing the processes together with your colleagues. On the other hand, you will be responsible for the entire process of importing vegetable seeds mainly; therefore, support for chain activities and E-Commerce will be required.

You are people-oriented and you also can take the lead in collaboration to work towards a decision. You have a strong empathy. You have an independent, open and energetic attitude and you like to work with colleagues. Despite the fact that a large degree of independence is required of you, you are a real team player and you find it no problem to work under pressure in a hectic environment. Given the international character of the position, a good command of English language is a must. 

In addition, we may find the following on your resume:

• a completed Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Logistics, or Foreign Trade;
• at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
