Team Co-ordinator Pollination

 You will play a key role in Crossing and Pollen Collection activities in high-tech greenhouses. Your mission is to ensure genetic quality, operational efficiency, and strict compliance with technical protocols, while coordinating large operational teams in the field. You will work closely with another colleague who is already leading Pollination team. The role requires constant presence in greenhouses, hands-on supervision of personnel, and real-time problem solving and team development. 

Your contribution

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating operational teams for Crossing & Collection organizing daily activities, allocating personnel based on priorities, and managing operational incidents.
  • Ensuring compliance with technical and quality protocols Guaranteeing correct execution of pollination processes, pollen handling, hygiene, and internal standards.
  • Solving operational and people-related issues in real time Making decisions communicating with team leaders, and solving basic operational conflicts.
  • Managing operational records and information Reports, schedules, operational payroll inputs, digital records, and communication with Planning, Production, and HR.
  • Collaborating with technical leaders and stations acting as a link between Crossing, Collection, Pollen Room, Station Managers, and Training teams.
  • Strategical planning regarding personnel. 
  • In charge of projects that will add quality to the processes of Pollination.

  • Educational background: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering Agronomy, Biology, or Biotechnology
  • Supervision of operational crop assistants Teams of 25–100 people, shift organization, incident management, performance follow-up, and staff rotation.
  • Operational process coordination
  • Daily planning, execution under protocols, quality control, and deviation management.
  • Handling technical and operational data
  • Operational reports, KPI tracking, and digital records
  • Basic to intermediate level in Excel or similar tools
