Your job at Rijk Zwaan:
As a Trial Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating tomato variety trials in different development phases. You will work closely with breeders, crop specialists, sales representatives and growers to ensure that trials are well implemented and generate valuable insights for product development and market positioning.
You will also contribute to the technical and commercial success of our varieties by collecting data, performing qualitative evaluations (e.g. shelf life, taste, brix), and sharing results with internal teams. Your work will directly support the decision-making process for launching new varieties and adapting them to regional needs.
We are seeking a Trial Coordinator who has:
- A degree in Agronomic Engineering / Agriculture Technician
- Experience in horticulture.
- Knowledge of trial management and data collection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- English knowledge is a plus.
For this position, we are also looking for an energetic, organized, enterprising and self-supporting person. You have good analytical skills and are well versed with modern technology. You are resourceful and ambitious and you take the initiative. Good social skills and a team mentality. The ability to establish and develop contacts and relations are indispensable qualities. For this position, frequent travelling is required.

Where will you be working?
You will be joining our Sales Team, which currently consists of 15 colleagues at Rijk Zwaan Brazil. Founded in 2011, the company has its administrative office based in Mogi-Mirim, São Paulo. It also operates two experimental fields: one in the same city and another located in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte. Even before its official establishment, we already had partners working to develop our products — in other words, Rijk Zwaan seeds have been present in Brazil for over 13 years.
