Trial Team Coordinator in R&D Station in Lam Dong

What will you do?

At Rijk Zwaan Vietnam, we're looking for a hands-on Trial Team Coordinator to guide the team, coordinate daily work and ensure crop trials are carried out with a high standard and generate valuable insights.

• Guide the team and coordinate daily priorities and task assignments 
• Plan crop activities by block and follow up on crop-management work
• Control and optimize the greenhouse, irrigation system and open-field operations
• Organize trials and ensure timely, accurate data collection
• Communicate trial progress and results with breeders and specialists
• Coordinate requests for fertilizers, crop-protection products and materials
• Monitor execution, identify issues early and follow through on solutions

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field
• Practical knowledge of greenhouse, irrigation and open-field activities
• Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills
• Strong observation, problem recognization and solving skills
• Hands-on management and clear communication with the team and stakeholders
• A responsible, proactive and solution-focused working style
• Ability to use English and computer applications for coordination and reporting
