All-round Financial Accountant

Your job at Rijk Zwaan

As Financial Accountant you will manage all operational financial tasks for our local team consisting of 13 colleagues, which includes amongst others:

• maintaining financial records and statements to ensure all invoices and transactions are accurately and completely recorded;
• preparation of accounting and management reports and plans;
• preparation of VAT declarations;
• process and follow up of (bank) payments;
• (following up) debtors collection and taking care of receipts;
• carrying out (other) administrative activities.

Besides, you will work at various financial projects such as implementing a new ERP including accounting module and/or support colleagues with some administrative tasks. You will report to the Managing Director Finance of Rijk Zwaan Almaty.

We are looking for a Financial Accountant with:

• a Bachelor degree in Business Economics, Finance or Accounting;
• at least 3-year relevant experience in an Accounting department;
• knowledge of accounting and tax regulation in accordance with Kazakh legislation;
• an advanced or upper intermediate level of English;
• good knowledge of 1C 8.3 application, electronic invoice system (ESF), and Tax Cabinet;
• knowledge of Microsoft D365 or AX financial accounting system will be an additional advantage.
