As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing both online and offline marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and market visibility for Rijk Zwaan Hellas. You will combine creativity, communication skills, digital marketing expertise, and data-driven decision-making to support our commercial goals and strengthen our market position.

You will work closely with crop specialists, sales teams, regional colleagues, customers, and external partners to create impactful marketing campaigns and communication activities.

Additionally, your role activities include: 

• support and implementation of the company’s marketing plan;
• coordination of promotional activities and marketing campaigns;
• development of new ideas and initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence;
• collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Your contribution   

You are a dynamic, creative and proactive marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into effective campaigns and tangible results. You are organized, capable of setting priorities, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders. You like to solve puzzles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
• excellent command of the English language;
• digital mindset and familiarity with digital marketing tools;
• strong organization skills;
• residence in Athens;
• willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
