As an all-rounder, you will provide support in all aspects of our facilities, grounds. Teamwork is key, and you will often need to coordinate with others to tackle various tasks and projects.

Your role at Rijk Zwaan
In this diverse role, you will work closely with our team to provide maintenance and operational support in all aspects of our facilities, grounds, vehicles and equipment.
- Site maintenance to plant and equipment
- Building and repairs
- Preventative maintenance and refurbishments
- Working on automated growing systems and specialised planting equipment
- Complete scheduled operational maintenance tasks to ensure compliance
- Grounds upkeep, mowing, brush cutting and maintaining garden beds
- Monitor servicing and repairs of shared company vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain allocated areas of stock, resources, supplies
- Planting, weeding, harvesting vegetables and seeds when our other teams need an extra set of hands.

Your practical skills are varied, and you are known for your problem-solving. You are a friendly, reliable team player and able to communicate well with ease. You understand the importance of well-maintained facilities and grounds and make this part of your daily work. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be flexible and ready to take on whatever comes your way.

- Trade qualified or have years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Motivated self starter, who can use initiative as well as take direction
- Able to work safely and follow safety procedures
- Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP) is preferred or willing to obtain
