Human Resources Specialist

, you will provide end‑to‑end HR support for Rijk Zwaan Promex in Guanajuato. You will support managers and employees across all HR topics, including recruitment, personnel administration, training and development, labor law compliance, and employee wellbeing.

You will also act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR‑related questions.

Your main responsibilities

Drafting and posting job vacancies for operational, technical and administrative roles.
Screening CVs, coordinating and conducting first interviews.
Coordinating psychometric assessments and medical exams when required.
Ensuring a structured and smooth onboarding and induction process for new hires.

Labor Law Compliance & Policies

Ensuring HR practices comply with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and local labor regulations.
Supporting the correct application of internal policies and work regulations.
Staying up to date with labor law changes and HR best practices in Mexico.

Training & Development

Identifying training needs together with managers.
Coordinating training plans and development initiatives.

Health, Safety & Employee Relations

Supporting Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives.
Contributing to internal communication, engagement and company culture activities.
Providing guidance and follow‑up to employees on HR‑related topics and cases.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role in Mexico.
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and personnel administration.
Experience in operational and administrative recruitment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel preferred).
Upper Intermediate English level for interaction with international teams.
