Payroll & Assistant HR

We have a seed production subsidiary located at San José Iturbide, Guanajuato. We have colleagues coming from Queretaro as well and transportation support. 

As Assistant HR & Payroll within the administration department you fulfill an essential role in administrative processes. Additionally, you are responsible for:

• Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
• Administering employee benefits, including enrolment, updates, and communication with suppliers.
• Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and general services for employees. 

We can find the following on your resume:

• A completed University degree, in the field of Industry Relations, Human Capital or Administration.  
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Upper intermediate English
• Experience with a Payroll Program.
• Experience with IMSS legislation.
